For example; heard on the THE VIEW, the female news reporter who said that she had did a special news report on the heroin epidemic in a local community; the strange thing about the whole thing was that everybody that was shown on the view were Caucasion. It looked like an African American neigborhood that had turned white. The news reporter said that the same things were happening to small communities around the United States; she said that what happen was that doctors started the people off with pain killers; then someone started selling the pain killers on the streets; then someone found out that street heroin was cheaper; thus began the whole communities addiction to drugs; because when the mother who was doing drugs got preg-nant then the child was hooked to the same type of drug and as the woman on the the television said, she HAD to do drugs to maintain some form of normalcy because if she didn't take drugs she would go into the shakes=??The news commentator said that the people are begginf for help and nobody is listening. She said that the program can be seen tonight on Nightline or today on the Oprah show.
