This is the second time posting But with information from "invasion of Privacy" by Kevin M. Keenan=why/how they keep harassing me=to try and set me up=mostly because I won't help them violate other people's 5th amendment rights:

Thank each of you for your prayers. Please continue to pray for me. Ran reference book at public library “INVASION OF PRIVACEY by Kevin M. Keenan, in which it was stated that individuals have rights to privacy; then the types of privacy was listed as the first, third, fourth, fifth and ninth Amendment to the Bill of Rights. The first amendment states that Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise thereof (the right of association=Willie); the Fifth Amendment=that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law. The book also lists the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human rights by the United Nation (wonder if that makes the author worthy of being called a criminal=???). Article 12& 1:
Which states “no one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, not attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks. “

Article 5 states that “every individual shall the right to the respect of dignity inherent in a human being and to the recognition of his legal status. All forms of exploitation and degradation of man , particularly slavery, slave trade, torture, cruel, inhuman, degrading punishment and treatment shall be prohibited.

Declan McCullugh says that a person should use the power of technology and algebra=? To protect their “PRIVACY”. That they should us encryption programs and anonym- zing services that are available on the internet which allows users to encrypt their emails and online files etc.. McCullugh also stated that he does not trust the law, its agents or the people to devise the best protection for his privacy. He stated that too often, it has been unpopular MINORITIES that have unjustly suffered from the whims or intolerance of those forces. In other words, people who have not cooperated with the systems, processes and methods who were trying to tell them who they are (Conform).

Also found ‘ 2001 USA Patriot Act- Brochure from the Center for Democracy and Technology:
“What’s wrong with the Patriot act and how to fix it!” Which is where I located why they sent for African American female bus driver to come to Winston-Salem to drive route #13 to harass me and lied on me; to get me in court so I could have a misdemeanor. =BROAD DEFFINITION OF WHO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICAN IS FIGHTING OVER SEAS= The PATRIOT ACT contains a definition of “domestic terr-r-sm” so broad that someone committing a MISDEMEANOR could end up being dubbed a terr-r-st, thereby facing asset forfeiture and other serious consequences.
Restoring the Balance: Only the most serious crimes should be considered terr-r-sm.

Then located why they told me that I couldn’t sign back on to the computers(have since found out that there are a whole lot of people who owe fines and have owed them for a long time(video); but are not being put off of the computers. The Patriot act states=”MONITORING COMPUTER “Trespasses” Without a Court Order=The PATRIOT Act allows, ISP’s, universities(Winston-Salem State University) and network administrators to authorize government surveillance of anyone they deem a “computer trespasser.” Without a court order, and with no notice to the person being monitored. Restoring the Balance=Surveillance of computer users should occur with proper JUDICIAL REVIEW, not secretly with no judicial involvement= which is why Ms. Skinner used the term=’We went back and “REVIEWED” =when she used the term thought that was an unusual term..

In other words long story short; because I won’t agree to use my gift to help them commit 5th Amendments Rights violations on others, my documentation/video’s is of them violating my rights. After I got someone else to type for me on the internet; (nothing private); then the punishment/degrading treatment was for a nasty looking African American female to start yelling and screaming, which brought those in authority to where she was yelling. I told them that I had not touched the woman and that I had it all on video, which I did. Then I got on the bus.

Also someone told me that Obama is the only Black Senator=???? And that it was his first term as a Senator=???have to do research; but it that is the case=that means someone is moving pretty quick=??????WHY=???? So I guess I am asking for prayer that God will intervene and fix it so that all doors to all forms of suffering and unjust suffering will be closed.; that organizations can’t force me to work for them ; and in return they can’t interfere with my pursuit of life, liberty and happiness because I won’t work for them. Saw relatives (both parents); friends, associates work for them and only be used like a dam piece of meat. Pray God will intervene and fix it so that they will have to stop tormenting me, those connected, and will have to stop the cruel, degrading situations in all areas of my life; especially doing things to legally harass me; pray God puts a stop to it; so that the scripture=Those that seek my soul(or anything connected) to destroy it; shall go into the lower parts of the earth.

This is a video of the future of African American who have both African mother and a African father. The video is about the techniques to be used in the future to intimadate harass, torment African Americans whose mother and father are of African American decent who do not yield to controlling forces. Am not ALLOWED to use/sign on or type on computers.

These videos are the beginning of African Americans born in the United States with two African American parents experiencing rights freedoms liberties and inaliable(sp)
rights being taken away from them. The reason why they inform me that I couldn't
use the computers today is because its suppose to be symbobic of blocking information that would hinder Barack Obama, true purpose towards/concerning African Americans as a race of people.

They have been trying to stop me from blogging and my access to the computers for years now. Will post again IF ALLOWED to live and declare the glory of the Lord

Obama speech tonight will be one of the greatest crimes in the history of America and African Americans as he will be an imitation of an African American male who is suppose to be running for president. true African Americans should pay attention to President Bill Clinton, always keeping in mind that he has had heart surgury and there fore has a pacemaker like my father where they used his pacemaker to controll him.

hopefully they will not pass a law at library that someone else can't go to another persons web site and type for them.
