Open Door Policy

Was going to post something else; but being that am seeking "PEACE" am lead by the spirit to post that on last Friday at work; lies were told and letters written by 3 employees of S--'s C--b and two of members of S--'s C--b; in which all their letters coincided with each other (lies). Long story short their letters basically confirmed what I have blogged about concerning how they were harassing me with their subliminal messages to the point that on FRAIDAY of last week; THREE of the upper management team came to the cart concerning requesting me to TURN the cart.

Why=???because the subliminal message was suppose to be that IF I didn't cooperate with them=??? then the plight of those millions who are suppose to be under me would end up as the direction that they wanted me to face=ROASTED chichens; key word being ROASTED!!!!. One of the females (AFrican American) spent the rest of the day making sure that I had turned the cart=she seemed to happy!!! Long story short; I turned the cart; just didn't turn me; which really pissed her off after she figured that off.


Then she started the process of her and her buddies writing lies; but I thanked them because really they confirm what I have been blogging about concerning the work place at S--'s C--b; which brings me to as one of the upper managers said; the decision can be overturn; after they dismissed/fired my services and wouldn't allow me to get the telephone number to call one of the other manager's in the open door policy system. In fact, the new manager "DEZ" told me that I had to give him things from my locker, apron and leave the primises right now!!! Told the team leader; follow me to the locker and back; they tried to get me to sign something; but I wouldn't because they were a bunch of lies????? But as L--ANN said, the open door policy works; so lets see!!!!!!!!!!!

Told l--ANN that the Open Door policy may work; but would she want to work in a place where people intentionally lied on her; she said, "NO"!

Oh yes, since I can't seem to get to the Scghambach prayer board; please inform them(if you can) and then please pray concerning the situation for those of you who know the words of prayer.
