In sermon on 1-4-09, statement was made that a person needs to let go of the past and forgive what others have done to them. Sort of like the question someone asked me, " If I had a certain amount of money, could I keep looking forward and not look back?" My response to the "let go of the past and forgive others and to having enough money to not look back is the same, "being that no matter where I go, the situations would exist; UNLESS, I agree to joining those who have been constantly abusing me over the decades.

In other words, UNLESS I agree to do the same to others , as have been done to me, IT will not stop UNLESS those who have been employed, called to address abuses within society, do so. The word says, I have come to give you life more abundantly; abundantly means overflowing fullness, an extremely plentiful or over suffieicent quality or supply, affluence, present in great quantity, more than adequate=most people think that means good=in which the abundance in my case has always been an abundance of abuse=?AND an abundance of those who are suppose to stop the abuse; ignoring the abuse=? thus, I can and have forgiven over, over and over again and can have a lot of money(Brittney Spears), but it will not matter until the abuse has been addressed.

Forgive means to allow room for error or weakness; to cease to feel resentment against (an offender); to pardon. Which means that over 30+ years people have harassed and abused me psychologically, emotionally and financially and I haven't retaliated, so some form of forgiving must have taken place. Based upon some of the experiences, all fall within the violations of the United States constitution and the laws that govern the citizens of America.

It is against the law to: threaten a person; to try and use intimidation on a job ; to force them into illegal activity; to use threats to prevent another person from engage in a lawful occupation." The use of intimidation for the purpose of collecting on unpaid debt has been held to constitute unlawful communication that might be prosecuted as EXTORTION!!=But it happens to me everyday=??? (don’t know what the debt is??? The law says a person is entitled to recover damages for the INTENTIONAL infliction of severe mental, or emotional suffering (30+ years should qualify) caused by threats or unlawful communications.

Mental cruelty is conduct that renders a person's life or health (Willie's ex-employers cause Willie to have a heart attack) to become endangered; mental anguish suffered by those in society who are given, chosen to have the responsibility to address such cruelty; when they don’t do so, it is nothing less than negligence. Negligence is conduct that falls below the standards of behavior established by law for the protection of others against unreasonable risk of harm.

It is one thing for a person to be abused, but another when those given the responsibility to stop the abuse, condone the abuse. Condone implies that one overlooks a behavior(as dishonesty or violence) that involves a serious breach of a moral, ethical or legal code(of which I have experienced all). Of which includes denial of access to steady, fulfilling employment (presently they are lying trying to block my access to unemployment compensation benefits=??), as well as opportunities to be allowed to establish legal income (steady) through self employment. Instead threats are sent/communicated daily that IF I pursue any form of legal work (other than as a low income worker that negative things will occur as they have in the past.


It is a law that says that a person can have FREEDOM of ASSOCIATION, which is the right to associate with others for the purpose of engaging in CONSTITUTIONALLY protected activity; yet threats have been communicated to me (even today 1/9/9 while at Wake Forrest Law Library=two white males approached the copier where I was at with a drilled placed just so=know about the code=had carpentry class). And those who want to associate with me are communicated threats of negative consequences if we associate, which has left me basically in a state of isolation attached to the mental anguish and mental, emotional, social and financial cruelty.

Such as through the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Public Library; not only did they deny me access to a public computer/internet; they gave me a letter stating that they would restore my privileges to access the internet IF I agreed to volunteer for 20 hours in 2 hour increments. Of which I thought was a good thing (as most people do; when I tell them) EXCEPT when I read the letter further, in which the letter stated that instead of being a VOLUNTEER, I would be one of the people in thier "COMMUNITY SERVICE" programs, which most people in community offenders programs have done some type of offense. And then to confirm that they intend to make me an offender, even though the wrong was done to me; they try to make it appear as if I did a wrong(that's abuse of power). And the same system has existed concerning my employment . At the ESC (Employment security commission) white male by the name of HERman appeared after my second time there to threaten(communicate a threat) that if I look for honest work and do not participate in illegal activities to earn money; that the man that God told me/us to date would be given to another female(they have done it before). They hired the female(S) African American who they used the last time. Since writing this letter did speak with someone higher up=who said the situation was an abuse of power.

Not to mention going to the Social Security Office to get a duplicate social security card, in which all other people were called by the intercom. The security guard called my name (as if I had been singled out[why am I not singled out for good?]) and the entire situations was the communication of a BIG THREAT. The lady in charge Ms. BERRY (code for BURY) came from behind the counter to threaten me with being locked up because I asked a question (can I get a copy of the document that I signed?) When I got home and called the Supervisor of a Social Security Office at 800#; he said that I had a right to have a copy of what I signed.

And last but not least even my family (because they were being communicated threats) tried to force me to leave a house with my name on the deed (to make me homeless=so they=???can make money off of me) in order to avoid a lot of the abuse experienced before, because no one in [local society] appears to be willing to address the abuse. One of the things said, was that if I had just moved out of the house and went to a homeless shelter, I probably would have ended up in one of the governmental programs. I told him, I have already did the governmental programs; that I have two degrees and want to work; I should be able and allowed to work and not threaten because I want to work.

Thus, this is the United States of America, I am a citizen entitled to protection and coverage of the laws of the United States of America. someone said to me, well you're the strong one, you have to endure the harassment of the weak; I told them, No, I don't; Jesus already did that and there is nothing in the United States Constitution that says that a Christian can't, isn't allowed or is to be denied the use and access of the protection of the laws in America and of the United States Constitution.

God said, I came to give you life and life more abundantly, which my life has not been, more abundantly with good; it has been the opposite. It has been leaving one STRUGGLE street to the next, because those who are to address abusive situations have not responded/addressed the abuse done to innocent people.

A "Christian" is defined as human, not brutal, humane. Human is defined as of or pertaining to the social aspect or character of people. :Human is defined or characterized by tenderness, compassion and sympathy for people and animals, esp for suffering or distressed. Syn's are merciful, kind, kindly, kindhearted, tender, gentle, compassionate. Being that I have existed in a house with no water (after an agreement with the city of W-S water department and they turned the water off before the due date for the next payment; no lights for over two years; no food, no furniture because I want to work or a better way to put it; is because somebody doesn't want me to work. And that is a violation of my constitutional rights to work. William Jennings Byron quote (American Politician and Orator 1860-1925) stated, "The chief duty of government in so far as they are coercive, is to "RESTRAIN THOSE WHO WOULD INTERFERE WITH THE INALIENABLE RIGHTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL; AMONG WHICH ARE THE RIGHT TO LIFE, RIGHT TO LIBERTY AND THE RIGHT TO THE PURSUIT OF HAPINESS AND THE RIGHT TO WORSHIP GOD ACCORDING TO THE DICTATE OF ONE'S CONSCIENCE!!"

Amendment "5" of the (Bill of rights) of the United States Constitution states that no person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land on naval forces or in militia, when in actual service in time of war or PUBLIC DANGER; nor shall any person be subject of the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be witness against himself; nor be deprived of life, liberty or property, without due process of law, nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Being that I have been deprived of my liberties, etc. for over thirty plus years, which would put me out of the category of at least twenty-two years prior to a war being fought in the United States in which “ except in cases arising in the land on naval forces or in militia, when in actual service in time of war or PUBLIC DANGER” verifies and strengthens the fact that prior to September 11, 2001 my Constitutional Rights were violated; and since September 11,2001, even moreso. The actions by the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Public Library, of identifyuing me as being an offender, working off an offense through community service was done so without due process of law, which is a violation of my Constitutional Rights. And the fact that I have endured the abuse for over 30+ years which includes the recent assaults by other agencies against my Constitutional Rights; especially related to employment leads one to think that perhaps a blacklist exists and is for just me and other African Americans, etc..

West's Encyclopedia of American Law states that, "a Blacklist is a list of individuals or organizations designated for special DISCRIMINATION. That because the purpose of the blacklist is to EXCLUDE and DISCRIMINATE: they can also result in: UNFAIR and ILLEGAL discrimination. In some cases, Blacklists have done great damage to people's lives, locking them out of EMPLOYMENT in their chosen careers or denying them access to INFLUENTIAL ORGANIZATYIONS."

[As I was writing this; I was thinking that I did not want to mix what I wrote a week earlier with what had taken place today(1-12-09); but based on the above statement guess I should because it coincides and verifies what I wrote earlier! Now at the prestigious law library in Winston-Salem, North Carolina; which I have come to for over two decades=was here on 1-9-09 in which one of the library clerks (young white male) was assisting me. Today 1-12-09 came back to the library to finish research about unemployment compensation/access to the internet and upon going to use a cell phone; security guard approached me (VERY HAPPILY) and asked if I was a student; I said NO. Then he asked what was I doing; told him that I was doing research at the law library=which I have done for over two decades=he then asked for ID=which I gave him=he asked if information was correct and I said yes; then he WROTE down information. As he was talking taking information=female security guard approached= walked around me and the male (both Caucasion) was taking information. And as both of them was taking information; I was talking to one of the prayer boards/ numbers and gave them my full name/address as well as both security guards name. The male security guard said that SOMEONE had called to inform him of a SUSPICUIOS person; they call on ANYBODY that doesn't look like them=I told him I needed to do something so I wouldn't look so SUSPICIOUS=(meaning that I could have looked like a saint and whoever called would have called=they=???? follow me=point is that I was at the law library for the 2nd time on 1/12/09=the #2 thing =in which anytime there is a 2nd time associated with privileges=warrants them=????intervening=to ensure that they control the persons access to the privileges. Then after security guard left asked the young white male if it was okay for me to use the law library=he said he was informed that I could use the resources BUT that he couldn't give me the SAME service=the definition of a Blacklist=a list of individuals or organizations designated for special DISCRIMINATION. That because the purpose of the blacklist is to EXCLUDE and DISCRIMINATE: they can also result in: UNFAIR and ILLEGAL discrimination. In some cases, Blacklists have done great damage to people's lives, locking them out of EMPLOYMENT in their chosen careers or denying them access to INFLUENTIAL ORGANIZATIONS." Point is that on 1/9/09 the young white male service was given with excellence=today=he has been told do not assist me at all=which is the equivalent to denying complete access to INFLUENTIAL ORGANIZATIONS vs INFLUENTIAL INFORMATION; not to mention the internet. Not to mention stress/stress/stress=which is part of their=???intention.

(Personal moment=hope God lets them experience the SAME things they put me through while God blesses them!!!). All of the above occurred after I left went to farmers market with relatives (they gave me some money vs=having to depend on the social welfare system)=punishment=LEGAL AID=tried to force me to sign a STATEMENT OF CITIZENSHIP; which I told her I wasn't; hadn't ever needed to before; why now?=her answer was that she didn't know why; I told her I did and no thank you!!! Also upon going to the 4th floor of LEGAL AID=older white male at elevator= enter LEGAL AID=after I had gone into the LEGAL AID OFFICE=he kept going back and forth opening and closing doors=he had the name "CHARLIE" on his custodial work uniform=which was my father's earthly name=HARASSMENT.

Also attorney Young African American female=said that attorney Ba---n would decide if LEGAL AID would take the case=which was the purpose of their wanting me to sign the STATEMENT OF CITIZENSHIP=suppose to be code for being a second class citizen=also she was the attorney that close a case (employment) against someone=when I asked her not to; guess she got PROMOTED=for not helping me=the girl said that she was the head/lead attorney now. Thus they=City of Winston-Salem,NC=to ensure more harassment=recently put the HOSPICE ad on ALL the buses that go to the law library=the ad for HOSPICE=means that if I try to use the law library=they will win=ONLY BUS STOP is at WINGATE and Wake Forest Road=???? which they RECENTLY put the bus stop at WINgate and Wake Forest Road. They started a bus through Wake Forest University to ensure CONTROL=see how convenient they make it=ensures that I will not have to seek rides/communicate with other people!!!!!as well as how closely the watch and try to control my life????

Also after going to farmers market with family members=they=??? communicated threats in the mail=FEDERAL VIOLATION to communicate threats through the mail=one piece of mail was from the Employment Security Commission addressed to me=the 2nd piece of mail was from WalGREENS=addressed to my brother that they murdered or CURRENT RESIDENT=have not had any male concerning my murdered brother since about 1997=anytime they want to send threats through the mail; one of their ways is to send mail in my murdered brothers name=message is suppose to communicate negative things if I pursue my unemployment benefits. This morning a young white male was driving the mail truck=!!!!??

Heard a minister speak on how to get rid of the evil that is directed at a person=should have been listing=wonder why nobody addresses those who are doing the illegal and evil things????? Sort of like the African American male who was stopped and then attacked in front of his family over the weekend=everybody was in shock=but I say WHY?; everybody in the City of Winston-Salem that have help in abusing me for over 30+ years should take a bow; and get their reward along with the person who abused the African American male; all of them=including the African American leaders who take care of theirs=who think they are exempt! and the Caucasions who think they are exempt also=are not=WATCH!!!!! The African American male was abused quick/fast=got it over with vs the slow methodical/constant abuse=the results are the same =INTENT-
IONAL destruction of some aspect of a person to deny them complete freedom.

Being that all of the above apply to my situation, then the 30+ years of documentation only verify the above statement, not to mention; that as Jennings Byron stated; it is a governments chief duty to RESTRAIN those who would interfere with the inalienable rights of an individual. Thus after being denied access to the resources in the community of over (30)+ years, when following the path of a prudent person, the protocol of a citizen of the United States of American , what does not forgiving have to do with expecting to access and enjoy the benefits of being a citizen of the United States of America? I can forgive all day long, but when done wrongly by whoever, God has put in place that certain wrongs are to be compensated for. On the dollar bill are the words, "IN GOD WE TRUST"; God ordained certain principles to be expected and exercised in the United States of American through the establishment of the United States Constitution to PROTECT the rights of the citizens of the United States of America.

I am tired of my freedoms and rights being violated and especially in relation to the church, condoning the abuse of my rights and freedoms, nor should I have to sell my rights to relationships in order to NOT be falsely accused or to be allowed to live free and enjoy my rights to life, liberty and property, as well as the pursuit of happiness. I shouldn't have to be in a constant state of anguish, wondering if the people who are obligated to PROTECT my rights are somewhere devising plans to steal my rights and freedoms


Based on the fact that over 30+ years of documentation of abusive situations, which were not addressed, do no know what to do after pursing the proper protocol. So being that I have forgiven and even if I had not forgiven; that doesn't give a person or organization the right to deny or deprive me of my Constitutional Rights; Nor does it give secret societies (even in the church) the right to subject me to their abuses; attack me or my family members or friends. Personally, I don't think any person is more cooperative than a person who has cooperated with being abused for over 30+ years. But as you said; "ALL things must come to an END".
